Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs on the checkout page. For orders over 55$ you get FREE Shipping.

Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo verification process. This is for us to make sure that we have valid shipping information. If not, we will be sending an email to update the information that we have on file. Please be kind enough to respond to the email that we are sending, otherwise, your order will be canceled. The verification process takes 2-3 days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it. 

This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 2-3 weeks, some may arrive after 3 weeks. Due to airline restrictions, Lithium Ion batteries may take an additional 15 days to be delivered. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

ORDER

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our Customer Care Team to help track your order. Please remember that on some occasions it could take up until 9pm for the courier to deliver your package.

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at support@bigprostore.com and we will fix it for you.

Change and Modify requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed. Because the order already has processed and it is too late to cancel it or modify it. Thanks for your understanding.
