  All orders are shipped with a DHL and Fedex tracking number. Always free shipping on orders over $250. During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than normal.

  Returns

  Upon presentation of the original receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available in the country of purchase. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We will send you a return notification email to notify you once the return has been processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received in the original payment method once the return has been processed.
