Shipping & Delivery Policy
BigProStore - partners with global merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and a unique global shopping experience. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, US, Russia, Germany, China, India, etc.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is “not available” within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@bigprostore.com

For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us via email: support@bigprostore.com

SHIPPING DELAYS :
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED :
If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the issues still persist kindly Email us at support@bigprostore.com will try our best to assist you.
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.
