Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY 

  • Our policy lasts 40 days. If 40 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

#1. If the item is not as described, this includes wrong color, design and wrong size, wrong style or poor quality, please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost. And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong items.

#2. If we sent you the right item you ordered but you want to exchange it for whatever reason, you can always return the item and place a new order

  • A change in size/design/color (Only for products under $100 will be applied). It happens that you make a mistake. We are all human right? In this case, we offer you pay small fees. Hope you understand, this fee is only for handling and the shipping, not the cost of the product.

    • Product under $20, you need pay $5 

    • Product from $20 to $50, you need pay $10

    • Product from $50 to $100, you need pay $20

  • You don't need to send an item back. The only thing we need you to do is to contact us at support@bigprostore.com, tell us which items you want to exchange. Then we will create new order as your request and send invoice for you. Just follow it and complete the new order. 

  • You received a damaged/faulty item. Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, give it away or donate for any organization.The only thing we need you to do is to contact us at support@bigprostore.com, attach a photo of the damaged item. If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP with top priority.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF... !

  • You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand,this means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.

  • The item(s) have been altered in any way

  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them


REFUND POLICY (if applicable) 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bigprostore.com


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bigprostore.com and we will response the process for exchange your new item(s).

Gifts 

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 

  • When you return your product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
